provides an area wide structure 
for locally led action and cooperation.

Town and Country RC&D

works to enhance and improve the quality of life in the 13-county area of Southeast Wisconsin by promoting healthy communities, a healthy environment and sustainable economic growth.

This region represents: 2.7 million people (one-half of Wisconsin's population; 14% of Wisconsin's total land area; 15,000 farms and 3 million acres of farmland.  Our region is blessed with rich soils, ample water, and vibrant cities.

Given the diverse and dynamic nature of a population that lives in urban, suburban and rural areas within the region, the health of the land and water is intrinsically linked to the health of our farms, our cities, and ourselves.
